Why Sentriqa

Onshore where it counts. Global where it pays.

You'll hear a lot of "100% Australian, we never outsource" in this market. Here's our honest answer, because you deserve one before you spend A$50,000.

The straight version

Senior Australian leadership. An elite global engineering bench.

Our leadership, architecture and quality assurance are Australian. Our engineering bench is global. That's how you get a senior team at a mid-tier price instead of a junior Australian team at a senior Australian price.

A named Australian QA lead

Not "Australian-led" as a marketing phrase — a specific person whose name you'll know, who signs off every release. Nothing reaches production without that signature.

Australian contract and entity

Sentriqa Pty Ltd, ABN 54 699 632 703. Australian law, Australian jurisdiction, Australian recourse.

Australian data residency

Your data and your infrastructure sit in Australian regions unless you specifically ask otherwise.

The reason competitors shout about offshoring is that offshoring is often done badly — no senior oversight, no QA gate, timezone gaps nobody owns. Those are real failures. They're failures of management, not geography, and they're what our model is built to prevent.

Published, not promised

Four things we'll put in writing.

Our prices are on the website

Websites from A$18k. MVPs from A$45k. AI readiness audit A$7,500. Compare that to "contact us for a quote" and ask why the number is a secret.

We publish AI eval scores

For anything AI we build, you get accuracy, refusal rate and failure modes before the final invoice. Ask any other agency to do the same and watch what happens.

Milestone one in ten days, or don't pay

If you don't want to continue after the first milestone, you don't pay for it and you keep the code.

You own the repository from commit one

In your organisation, not ours. Not a zip file handed over at the end.

Being straight about this too

What we don't have yet.

Sentriqa is a new company with an experienced team. We don't have a wall of client logos, because most of our work is under NDA and because we're new. The concept builds on our work page are our own original demonstrations — not client projects, and we won't pretend otherwise.

What we'd suggest instead: look at the people, look at the published prices, look at the guarantee, and start with something small enough that being wrong about us is cheap. The A$7,500 audit exists partly for that reason.

Before you sign with anyone

Three questions worth asking — and our answers.

"Who actually signs off the code, and are they in Australia?"

A named Australian QA lead, on every release. Ask any agency for the person's name. If they answer with a country instead of a name, that's your answer.

"Do I own the repository?"

You do, from commit one. It's in your organisation, not ours. Plenty of agencies hand over a zip file at the end and call that ownership.

"What's the number, and what happens if it changes?"

Fixed before we start. If something genuinely changes scope, you hear about it before it costs you — not in the final invoice.

Ask us the hard questions.

Twenty minutes, no pitch. If we're the wrong fit we'll tell you on the call — we've talked more than one client out of building the wrong thing.
